Complaints, Compliments, Comments

We all have an impact, individually and collectively, on the environment. Our role as an Agency is to promote sustainability as good practice, not only for the environment but also for business and the community. You can help by giving us your feedback, good and bad.

By working together to improve the quality of life of all Queenslanders we can achieve a sustainable future for ourselves and for the generations to come.
Our policy on complaints, compliments and comments can be found here but to make things easier we have summarised the information for you below.

Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with the services provided by our Agency and/or our staff then we want to know. This will help improve our services.

Compliments
If you think we're doing something really well we'd love to hear about it. Positive feedback can help us identify what's working well so that we can keep doing it.

Comments
Any suggestions or comments? These can also help us improve the way we do business.

How do I make a complaint, compliment or comment? You can easily contact us a number of ways to let us know what you think about what we do and the way we do it.

What can I expect to happen?
If you provide us with your contact details you can expect to be contacted within five business days to acknowledge that your complaint has been received and is being assessed.

We aim to complete the review of your conplaint within 25 business days of the date the complaint is received. However, some complaints can be sensitive and complex and may require detailed investigation. You can expect to be informed by the officer managing the complaint if this is expected or does occur.
