EPA Compliance Strategy
The EPA implements a number of strategies to ensure the integrity of the EPA estate, provide safe and sustainable recreational and tourism opportunities, conserve critical habitats and wildlife, improve business and industry's environmental performance and promote sustainable development.
One of the ways it does this is through a proactive, modern and innovative compliance program.
The Queensland Government has made a significant investment with increased funding to enhance the EPA's compliance service delivery capacity .
The EPA 's compliance strategy is based around proactively managing the areas of greatest environmental risk.
