Activities in parks and forests
Queensland's parks and forests offer a great variety of activities - something for everyone! You can take a walk, have a picnic, camp in the bush, sit by a creek or on a beach and simply relax and enjoy nature's beauty.
Many forests provide opportunities for pastimes such as horse riding, mountain bike riding and four-wheel-driving. Permits are required for some activities in some locations.
